1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before processing or shipping.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

2. How to Cancel an Order
